This is my first official critique here on dA. I was very intrigued right away by how unique your spin on Harley is here--she feels more efficient, almost like a hunter or soldier due to the leather straps, pouches, and knives. The pie, popgun, and balancing position bring her playful personality in. I do think though, that it was a little tough to identify the design as Harley. The sense of practicality is fantastic, but between the somewhat squarer chin, hair down, white eyes, and lack of any face makeup (more lipstick than greasepaint) made it feel a little like this was a random, exceptionally badass girl dressing up rather than Harleen Quinzel.

That said, I love the way you pulled off texture on the popgun, costume, and even pie tin. I got a real sense of dimension looking at this piece. Love the modified cowl, the...think the word I mean is viscosity...of the pie, and the overall sense of motion. I do think the yellow straps attached to her knives is a bit distracting for how bright it is. Love the addition of card suits.

Overall I think this is a very cool and distinct interpretation, and that you deserve major kudos.
